We believe that a fair day’s work deserves a fair day’s pay. We benchmark ourselves against a peer
group of international and local Malaysia based FMCG businesses and aim to always remunerate at
or above the median range of this group. Furthermore we encourage and reward over-delivery through
formal and informal incentive programmes. We strive towards being one of the top paymasters.
