This ranged from awareness campaigns, an
improved near accident reporting process as
well as improving operations and machinery.

We strive to offer competitive benefits in the
marketplace for our employees. Our Benefits
Enhancement Strategy focuses on creating
new signature benefits unique to GAB while
enhancing competitive benefits to stay ahead
in the industry. Following an independent
market benchmark exercise, the approved
recommendations will be implemented over
three years. The process began in FY13.
