in relation to the
Proposed Renewal of Existing Shareholders’ Mandate for
Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature
The above proposal will be tabled as Special Business at the Company’s 46th Annual General Meeting. Notice of the 46th Annual General
Meeting, to be held at Sime Darby Convention Centre, 1A Jalan Bukit Kiara 1, 60000 Kuala Lumpur on Thursday, 4 November 2010 at 11.00
a.m., together with the Form of Proxy are set out in the Annual Report of Guinness Anchor Berhad for the financial year ended 30 June 2010
despatched together with this Circular.
You are urged to complete and deposit the Form of Proxy at the Share Registrar’s office at Level 17, The Gardens North Tower, Mid Valley City,
Lingkaran Syed Putra, 59200 Kuala Lumpur, not later than 48 hours before the time of the meeting. The return of the completed Form of Proxy
will not preclude you from attending and voting in person at the meeting should you subsequently wish to do so.
Last date and time for lodging the Form of Proxy : 2 November 2010 at 11.00 a.m.
Date and time of the 46th Annual General Meeting : 4 November 2010 at 11.00 a.m.
