The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company will be seeking shareholders’ approval for the Proposed Shareholders' Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature ("Proposed Shareholders' Mandate") at the forthcoming 58th Annual General Meeting of the Company.
A Circular containing the details of the Proposed Shareholders' Mandate will be despatched to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
