We refer to the financial results for the third quarter ended 30 September 2022 released by Heineken N.V. on 26 October 2022 which encapsulates, among others, the following commentary:

“In Malaysia, beer volume grew in the seventies, benefitting from the low base of last year when the Movement Control Order was in effect. The premium portfolio outperformed, led by Heineken”.

The Board wishes to inform that HEINEKEN Malaysia has scheduled to release its financial report for the third quarter and nine months ended 30 September 2022 on Tuesday, 8 November 2022 in accordance with Paragraph 9.22 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. Details on the Company’s performance for the said period will be reported thereon.

Heineken N.V. is a corporation incorporated in the Netherlands and its shares are traded on the Euronext in Amsterdam. It indirectly holds 51% equity interest in HEINEKEN Malaysia via its wholly-owned subsidiary GAPL Pte Ltd.
