We refer to the full year financial results for year ended 31 December 2022 released by Heineken N.V. on 15 February 2023 which encapsulates, among others, the following commentary:

“In Malaysia, beer volume increased organically in the high-thirties and is ahead of pre-pandemic levels, as the on-trade reopened in the second quarter. The premium portfolio outperformed, led by Heineken®”.

The Board wishes to inform that HEINEKEN Malaysia has scheduled to release its financial report for the fourth quarter and year ended 31 December 2022 on Friday, 24 February 2023 in accordance with Paragraph 9.22 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. Details on the Company’s performance for the said period will be reported thereon.

Heineken N.V. is a corporation incorporated in the Netherlands and its shares are traded on the Euronext in Amsterdam. It indirectly holds 51% equity interest in HEINEKEN Malaysia via its wholly-owned subsidiary GAPL Pte Ltd.
