We refer to the financial results for the first quarter ended 31 March 2023 released by Heineken N.V. on 19 April 2023 which encapsulates, among others, the following commentary:

“In Malaysia, beer volume increased by a low-single-digit versus last year, led by Tiger. The premium portfolio outperformed, led by Heineken®.”

The Board wishes to inform that HEINEKEN Malaysia has scheduled to release its financial report for the first quarter ended 31 March 2023 on Thursday, 11 May 2023 in accordance with Paragraph 9.22 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. Details on the Company’s performance for the said quarter will be reported thereon.

Heineken N.V. is a corporation incorporated in the Netherlands and its shares are traded on the Euronext in Amsterdam. It indirectly holds 51% equity interest in HEINEKEN Malaysia via its wholly-owned subsidiary GAPL Pte Ltd. The Heineken N.V.’s financial results release is attached below for reference.
