We refer to the financial results for the full year ended 31 December 2023 released by Heineken N.V. on 14 February 2024 which encapsulates, among others, the following commentary:

"In Malaysia, beer volume declined by a high-single-digit, outperforming the market which was affected by a soft consumer environment. Our premium portfolio performed better, driven by the growth of Heineken."

The Board wishes to inform that HEINEKEN Malaysia has scheduled to release its financial report for the fourth quarter and year ended 31 December 2023 on Tuesday, 27 February 2024 in accordance with Paragraph 9.22 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. Details on the Company's performance for the said period will be reported thereon.

Heineken N.V. is a corporation incorporated in the Netherlands and its shares are traded on the Euronext in Amsterdam. It indirectly holds 51% equity interest in HEINEKEN Malaysia via its wholly-owned subsidiary GAPL Pte Ltd.
