The Board of Directors of HEINEKEN Malaysia wishes to inform that the Company has received a notice dated 8 January 2025 from GAPL Pte Ltd, a major shareholder of the Company, nominating KPMG PLT as Auditors of the Company, to replace Deloitte PLT, who are not seeking re-appointment at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.

The nomination of KPMG PLT is subject to shareholders' approval to be obtained at the Company’s 61st Annual General Meeting to be convened.
