The Board of Directors of HEINEKEN Malaysia wishes to announce that the Company will be seeking shareholders’ approval for the Proposed Shareholders’ Mandate for recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature (“Proposed Shareholders’ Mandate”) at the forthcoming Sixty-Second Annual General Meeting of the Company.
A circular containing the details of the Proposed Shareholders’ Mandate will be issued o the Company’s shareholders in due course.
