Remarks :
The amendments are made to Note 16 of the condensed consolidated financial statements for the period ended 31 December 2012 of the GAB Group with regard to the disclosure of significant related party transactions.

The transaction amounts have been revised to reflect the amounts transacted by the GAB Group with the respective related parties for the 6 months ended 31 December 2012 instead of for the quarter ended 31 December 2012.

A note has also been included to clarify the change of relationship with one of the related parties.

This announcement is dated 7 March 2013.
