The Board of Directors of GAB is pleased to announce that the Company has decided to declare and pay a single tier Special Interim Dividend of 60 sen per 50 sen stock unit for the financial year ending 30 June 2012.

The single tier Special Interim Dividend will be paid on 20 January 2012 to the stockholders registered in the Record of Depositors at the close of business on 11 January 2012.
