| Contents | The Board of Directors writes to inform that Guinness (B) Sendirian Berhad, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Guinness Singapore Pte Limited which in turn a wholly-owned subsidiary of Guinness Anchor Berhad ("GAB"), had been placed under Member's Voluntary Liquidation pursuant to Section 154 (1)(b) of the Companies Act, Cap 39. Mr Lee Kin Chee and Mr Lee Kim Yan of Lee Corporatehouse Associates, No. 11, 1st Floor, Regent Square, Simpang 150, Kiulap, Bandar Seri Begawan, BE1518, Brunei Darussalam, had been appointed as liquidators of Guinness (B) Sendirian Berhad. Guinness (B) Sendirian Berhad is a limited liability company incorporated in Brunei and it ceased operations since 1 April 1991. There is no loss arising from the voluntary liquidation. The voluntary liquidation of Guinness (B) Sendirian Berhad will not have any material impact on the net assets and earnings per share of GAB Group for the financial year ending 30 June 2011.
