On 24 November 2015, the Board approved the change of the Company's financial year end from 30 June to 31 December. This is to coincide with the financial year end of Heineken N.V., the ultimate holding company, and to comply with Section 168(1) of the Companies Act, 1965. The next audited financial statements of GAB shall be for a period of eighteen (18) months, made up from 1 July 2015 to 31 December 2016. Thereafter, the subsequent financial years of the Company shall end on 31 December. |
