Further to the Company's announcements dated 15 March 2016 and 20 April 2016 in relation to the Proposed Change of Name, the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company has received the Certificate of Incorporation on Change of Name of Company (Form 13) dated 21 April 2016 issued by the Companies Commission of Malaysia. Accordingly, the Company's name has been changed from Guinness Anchor Berhad to "Heineken Malaysia Berhad" with effect from 21 April 2016.
