The Company is pleased to announce that Mr Teo Hong Keng has been named the new Finance Director succeeding Mr Atul Chhaparwal who will complete his tenure with the Company by 18 July 2016.

Teo Hong Keng, aged 43, a Singaporean, is currently the Finance Director for Asia Pacific Breweries (Singapore) Pte Ltd. He has been with Heineken for more than 15 years and held increasingly senior finance roles which included Head of Finance of Cambodia Brewery Limited and Finance Manager and Management Accountant of Tiger Export Pte Ltd.

Prior to joining Heineken, Hong Keng was a Business Analyst in Honeywell Singapore Pte Ltd and an Assistant Regional Management Accountant of BNP Paribas Merchant Bank Asia Ltd.

Hong Keng is expected to join the Company on 1 June 2016. He will succeed Mr Atul Chhaparwal who will continue to serve the Company until he hands over his position as the Finance Director of the Company.

Hong Keng obtained his Bachelor of Accountancy Degree from the Nanyang Technological University in 1996. He is also a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants.

Mr Teo Hong Keng’s appointment as Finance Director of the Company will take effect on 19 July 2016.
