Arising from the migration to the no par value regime under the Companies Act, 2016, par value is no longer relevant. On 3 April 2017, a public holiday was declared for 24 April 2017 in conjunction with the installation of the 15th Yang di-Pertuan Agong, Sultan Muhammad V. As such, the Company is required to extend the entitlement date for the final dividend payment from 25 April 2017 to 26 April 2017. This announcement is dated 4 April 2017. |
