Presently, Ms Yu Yu-Ping is the Regional HR Director of HEINEKEN Asia Pacific. She joined HEINEKEN in Singapore as Regional HR Manager Far East in April 1996 and moved to HEINEKEN International in Amsterdam in September 1998 as Benchmarking Analyst with Corporate HR. She later on took up a different role as Policy & OD Consultant. Ms Yu Yu-Ping returned to Asia in 2005 as the Regional HR Manager, Asia Pacific for HEINEKEN. In October 2010, Ms Yu Yu-Ping assumed the role of Group HR Director with Asia Pacific Breweries (APB). In that position, she played a key role in creating a shared HR Vision for a diverse HR team across Asia Pacific. With the successful integration of APB business into the HEINEKEN Group, Ms Yu Yu-Ping was appointed as the Regional HR Director. Her key focus has been transforming the HR function as a proactive business partner, building local capability and driving people and talent agenda to support the growth ambition of the Asia Pacific region. |
