Remarks:- As announced on 19 May 2020, the dividend entitlement and payment dates have been revised in line with the deferment of the 56th Annual General Meeting of the Company. Save and except for the revision of the entitlement and payment dates, the quantum of the proposed single tier final dividend as announced on 21 February 2020 remains unchanged.
The payment of the proposed single tier final dividend is subject to shareholders' approval at the forthcoming 56th Annual General Meeting of the Company.
