Leo is a globally experienced business leader with a successful track record in general management, marketing and logistics. Leo had been Managing Director of HEINEKEN Asia Pacific ("APAC") since 1 September 2019 with the responsibility for businesses in Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Papua New Guinea, Solomon Islands, New Zealand, Australia, New Caledonia, Sri Lanka and Laos. Prior to that, Leo was the Managing Director of HEINEKEN Vietnam from 2013. He joined HEINEKEN in 1990 and spent his career in marketing, supply chain and general management roles in Europe and APAC. He was appointed General Manager in New Caledonia in 2006. After four years, he moved to Indonesia as Managing Director of Multi Bintang Indonesia prior to his posting to Vietnam in 2013. |
