2.1 Class of Related Parties
The Proposed Shareholders’ Mandate will apply to Recurrent Related Party Transactions with the following Related Parties (with their

The direct and indirect interests of interested Directors and/or Major Shareholders in the Company as at 22 September 2011 are shown
in Section 6 below.
2.2 Nature of Recurrent Related Party Transactions
The Group and the Company are principally engaged in the production, packaging, marketing and distribution of beverages,
primarily alcoholic.
It is anticipated that GAB and / or its subsidiaries would, in the ordinary course of business, enter into transactions of a revenue of trading
nature with the various Related Parties.
All estimated values of the respective Recurrent Related Party Transactions from the date of the forthcoming AGM to the next AGM are
estimated based on the past transactions entered into by the Group and the Related Parties as well as estimates made based on
management’s projected sales / businesses, orders and agreements. The actual value of these transactions may vary from the estimated
value disclosed below.
