Definitions and Interpretation
Definitions
1.1
In this Constitution unless the subject matter or context dictates
otherwise, the following words and phrases shall have the meaning
assigned to them herein:
“Act” means the Companies Act, 2016 and any statutory modification,
amendment or re-enactment thereof and any and every other
legislation for the time being in force made thereunder and any
written law for the time being in force concerning companies and
affecting the Company.
“Applicable Laws of Malaysia” means the Act, Central Depositories Act,
the Listing Requirements and the Rules.
“Board” means the Board of Directors for the time being of the
Company.
“Central Depository" means Bursa Malaysia Depository Sdn Bhd or
such other names by which it may be known from time to time.
“Central Depositories Act” means the Securities Industry (Central
Depositories) Act, 1991, as may be amended, modified or re-enacted
from time to time.
“Company” means the abovenamed Company by whatever name from
time to time called.
